NOBU TOKYO will host a collaboration dinner with Katsunuma Winery (www.katsunuma-winery.com/english/) from September 16 (Thu) to 18 (Sat) for 3 evenings. Katsunuma Winery’s ARUGA BRANCA white wines, which have been recognized internationally and received French and British awards, will be paired with a NOBU style dinner course featuring such ingredients as seasonal vegetables, Ayu, and Koshu beef, all straight from Yamanashi. The dinner course priced at 13,000 yen will include a welcome glass of ARUGA BRILHANTE (sparkling). We will of course have the regular a la carte menu as well as the ARUGA wines available by the glass. We hope you will join us!
